Med Returns and Withdrawals har du kontroll över returer, byten och återbetalningar i din WooCommerce butik.

Ett flexibelt returflöde

Pluginet lägger till ett returflöde som kunden når direkt från sin kontosida – eller via en dedikerad sida för gästköpare, utan inloggning.

Efter att kunden gått igenom stegen ovan skapas automatiskt en returorder i WooCommerce – kopplad till ursprungsordern.

Du hanterar returen precis som en vanlig order – enkelt att återbetala, återföra till lager och spåra.

Ångerknapp enligt gällande EU-direktiv

Från 19 juni 2026 kräver EU att alla webbutiker som säljer till konsumenter erbjuder en tydlig funktion för att ångra ett köp – direkt på webbplatsen. Returns and Withdrawals uppfyller dessa krav med en inbyggd ångerknapp som är tillgänglig för både inloggade kunder och gästköpare under hela ångerfristen.

Pluginet hanterar hela flödet enligt direktivet: kunden letar upp den aktuella ordern, går sedan igenom en tvåstegsprocess (klick + bekräfta) och får automatiskt en bekräftelse med datum och tid.

Självbetjäning för kunden – du behåller kontrollen

Kunden registrerar returen själv utan att behöva kontakta kundtjänst – det frigör tid för dig och ditt team. Inloggade kunder hanterar returen direkt från sitt konto. Gästköpare och ej inloggade kunder hittar enkelt sin order via ett sökformulär med ordernummer och e-postadress.

Du behåller kontrollen: returen skickas in för ditt godkännande, och återbetalning sker först när du godkänt den.

Erbjud fri frakt på nya köp

När en kund väljer utbyte istället för återbetalning kan du erbjuda en rabattkod för fri frakt på det nya köpet. Du bestämmer själv hur många dagar koden ska vara giltig.

Återbetalning eller utbyte

Kunden väljer själv om de vill ha pengarna tillbaka eller byta till en annan produkt, direkt i returflödet.

Anpassa returformuläret

Returformuläret är uppdelat i tre steg där kunden väljer vad som ska returneras, anger orsak och gör sina val kring returfrakt och utbyte. Du kan anpassa rubriker och instruktionstext för varje steg direkt i pluginets inställningar – så att formuläret känns som en naturlig del av din butik.

Fraktkostnader vid returer

Du väljer om kunden ska kunna köpa returfrakt via din butik eller ordna frakten själv. Har du även Krokedil Shipping Connector installerat genereras en fraktetikett automatiskt när kunden köper returfrakten via butiken.

Du bestämmer också om fraktkostnaden från ursprungsordern ska återbetalas – och om den i så fall ska kvittas mot kostnaden för returfrakten.

Frakt och spårning

Vill du ta returupplevelsen ett steg längre? Koppla Returns and Withdrawals till Krokedil Shipping Connector och erbjud kunden returfraktsedlar, spårningsnummer och QR-koder – direkt i returflödet.

Exkludera produkter

Via produkttaggar kan du enkelt styra vilka produkter som inte ska kunna returneras – till exempel skräddarsydda produkter eller nedladdningsbara filer.

Tidsgräns för returer

Begränsa hur många dagar efter köp en retur kan registreras. Fungerar oberoende av den lagstadgade 14-dagarsfristen.

Returer som egna orders

Varje retur sparas som en egen returorder kopplad till ursprungsordern. Återbetalning, återföring till lager och rapportering hanterar du precis som en vanlig order – inget nytt flöde att lära sig.

Klarna for WooCommerce

Vid köp med Klarna krävs det att kunden valt en icke-direkt betalningsmetod (faktura, konto…). De får heller inte vara flaggade för dåligt kreditvärde hos Klarna.

Det genomsnittliga tillåtna merförsäljningsbeloppet är 15 % av den ursprungliga beställningen. Procenten kan variera mellan olika kunder samt i ditt avtal med Klarna.

Kustom Checkout för WooCommerce

Vid köp med Kustom krävs det att kunden valt en icke-direkt betalningsmetod (faktura, konto…). De får heller inte vara flaggade för dåligt kreditvärde hos Kustom.

Det genomsnittliga tillåtna merförsäljningsbeloppet är 15 % av den ursprungliga beställningen. Procenten kan variera mellan olika kunder samt i ditt avtal med Kustom.

Qliro för WooCommerce

Vid köp med Qliro finns vissa begränsningar. När kunden valt betalning efter leverans får summan av de produkter kunden lägger till inte överstiga 10% av värdet på ursprungsordern.

Vid kortköp finns en maxgräns på 300 SEK som kunden kan utöka sitt köp med.

Swish och banköverföring har inga begränsningar då de tillagda produkterna betalas direkt av kunden.

Dessa gränser regleras i ditt avtal med Qliro.

Walley Checkout för WooCommerce

Vid köp med Walley krävs det att kunden valt en icke-direkt betalningsmetod (faktura).

Det genomsnittliga tillåtna merförsäljningsbeloppet är 10 % av den ursprungliga beställningen. Procenten kan variera, beroende på orderns storlek. Walley kan också neka Upsells, baserat på olika faktorer för det aktuella köpet.

Avarda Checkout för WooCommerce

Vid köp med Avarda krävs det att kunden valt en icke-direkt betalningsmetod (faktura) samt att handlaren har ett avtal med Avarda som tillåter merförsäljning.

Det tillåtna merförsäljningsbeloppet anges i avtalet du som handlare har med Avarda.

Fix - Fixed subscription renewals failing to retry after a declined payment. Renewal payments are now created with a temporary reference that is replaced by the order number once the payment goes through, so a failed renewal can be retried as many times as needed.
Fix - Fixed renewals that cover several subscriptions being charged once per subscription, which could leave extra payment reservations at Qliro.
Fix - Fixed a declined subscription renewal never being retried. When "Retry Failed Payments" is enabled in the WooCommerce Subscriptions settings, a renewal that Qliro declines now has the store's retry rules applied to it, so the renewal order is moved on and retried according to those rules instead of being left as failed.
Fix - Fixed a PHP warning that was logged during checkout when no shipping method had been selected yet, which happens when the store hides shippingcosts until an address is entered.
